Terms and Conditions
Delivery Policy: We will deliver vouchers free of charge by Royal Mail 1st Class postage on the next working day after transaction of payment.
Non-refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable (but are fully transferable) and must be used by the expiry date which is 10 months from the date on the voucher.
Non attendance: A Sunseeker Experience voucher automatically becomes invalid.
Experience Descriptions: The stated duration of the experience is a guide only and may differ slightly. Exact timing can depend on the weather, season and experience capacity. All photographs and descriptions used in Sunseeker Experience promotional material are only intended to give a general but good description of each experience.
Re-issue of voucher: A voucher can only be re-issued providing proof of purchase is provided and must be still in date. A fee of £25.00 will occur for each voucher re-issued.
Postponed by Activity: An activity reserves the right to postpone any experience due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown etc. Sunseeker Experience will not be responsible for any hotel or travelling costs including parking. In these events, we will contact you as soon as it is possible, then the voucher holders are advised to contact Sunseeker Experience to arrange an alternative date.
Waiver: A waiver must be signed on arrival by participants stating that they attend or participate entirely at their own risk and will not hold Sunseeker Experience or any individuals responsible in the event of injury.
Confidentiality: Privacy Policy. We do not intend to store or currently store financial details (credit or debit card numbers). All confidential information is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Therefore, we do not store any financial details in any form.
Terms: Sunseeker Experience reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notification.
Problems on the day: Please bring any problems on the day to the attention of the management at Sunseeker Experience within seven days of the appointment, so that they have the opportunity to put it right.
Terms: On purchasing this gift voucher the purchaser has agreed to the Terms & Conditions on behalf of the recipient(s) of the voucher(s).
Lost, Stolen or destroyed: Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and will be invalid.
Booking of activity: Due to the high demand on experiences we recommend at least 8 weeks advance booking by phoning Sunseeker Experience. When booking you must have your code/voucher number ready otherwise we cannot make a reservation. You will be required to produce you voucher on the day, if you do not, you will not be allowed to do the activity and therefore the voucher will become invalid. Once an experience has been booked in it cannot be cancelled or postponed under any circumstances. If this occurs your voucher will be NULL & VOID. Individuals arriving late will not be able to join an activity if they have missed the safety briefing.
